> Spotlight: Isotron Announces Major Expansion in Ireland; Isotron Group, a division of Synergy Healthcare plc. and Europe's leading provider of contract sterilization services is pleased to announce a major expansion of its operations in Ireland. Isotron Ireland, comprising of Ethylene Oxide processing capability & contract laboratory testing services in Tullamore Co. Offaly and Gamma Irradiation in Westport Co. Mayo, are installing two additional Ethylene Oxide processing lines and Electron Beam processing capability at the Tullamore site. This exciting development expands Isotron Ireland's Ethylene Oxide processing capacity to 13 processing lines including the recently developed R&D capability. This coupled with the installation of Electron Beam extends the portfolio of services to a growing Lifesciences & Healthcare manufacturing clientbase. The installation is expected to be fully operational by March 2009.
