Mike Fazal – Managing Director, Patient Care Division

Mike joined the Group in 2005 as Group Finance Director of Shiloh plc and following the integration and restructuring of the Company was appointed to his current role in January 2006. Prior to joining the Group Mike was Financial Controller for Volex Group plc. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, where he specialised in audit and transaction services. Mike received a BEng in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and more recently completed an MBA at Warwick University.

Derek Isles - Managing Director, Healthtex Synergy

Derek has worked within the laundry and textile industry for 32 years. During this time, he has held a range of senior positions across all disciplines within the industry. He has been involved in all aspects of laundry including Workwear Rental, Clean Room Processing, Hotel Rental Services, Dry Cleaning and NHS Laundry Services. This width and breadth of expertise has been gained throughout the UK and in the USA. Derek joined the company in June 2000 having been Managing Director of a major supplier to the NHS.

Eric Robinson – Managing Director, Fast-Aid Products Limited

Eric joined the group in 1992 as General Manager of Fast-Aid and was appointed as Managing Director in 1993, and has developed the company as a major distributor to NHS customers throughout Scotland by focusing on value added services. Prior to joining the Group Eric had 14 years experience as a Production Controller and Customer Services Manager for Scottish Agricultural Industries. Eric received a BSc in Mathematics from Newcastle University in 1976 and an MBA from the Open University in 1992.

Alison Payne - Managing Director, JMJ Labs

Alison joined the group in January 2007 as Managing Director of JMJ Laboratories. She has over fifteen years’ experience in the NHS which was followed by management of laboratories both abroad and in the UK. This has provided broad experience in the provision of laboratory and associated services to both public and private sector organisations. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, with a Diploma in Management Studies, holds Chartered Scientist status and is currently undertaking an MBA at Cardiff University.
