Total Voting Rights And Capital
As at 29 June 2007 and in conformity with the Transparency Directive’s transitional provision 6, Synergy notifies the market that its capital consists of 53,082,595 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.625p each, with voting rights.
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 53,082,595 (the “Figure”).
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
